My Expertise
I’m Axel Menzel M.A., founder of InPact HR - an interim HR leader with hands-on experience in building, stabilising and transforming HR organisations.
My career spans multiple HR disciplines – from compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and labour relations to organisational development and cultural change. I’ve worked across diverse industries including logistics, tech & science, FMCG and aviation, and with companies of all sizes and structures – from fast-scaling start-ups to complex global matrix organisations.
Most recently, I served as Managing Director HR for a multinational company, leading the HR function across Austria and Switzerland. These experiences – gained in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Serbia – allow me to navigate different cultural and legal contexts with confidence and impact.
From scaling teams to managing restructurings and site closures, I’ve supported leadership teams through their most challenging transitions – bringing clarity, structure and a human touch when it matters most.
